Code of Ethics and Conduct
We invite our collaborators, clients, suppliers, investors, community members, and anyone who interacts with Grupo PROMAX to learn about and embrace our Code of Ethics and Conduct, and to act in alignment with it in their daily actions.
Human Rights Policy
We uphold a business commitment rooted in ethics and integrity, aligned with the Universal Principles of Human Rights, by respecting and protecting the fundamental rights of our collaborators and stakeholders.
Gifts and Corporate Hospitality Policy
Our company’s decisions are based on merit; therefore, we never give or offer—directly or indirectly—anything of value to government representatives or other stakeholders that could influence a discretionary decision in which we are involved, or that may constitute or appear to constitute an act of corruption, bribery, and/or fraud.
Conflict of Interest Policy
We establish the guidelines for managing, identifying, and reporting conflicts of interest within the company.
Anti-Corruption Policy
We establish basic standards and a framework to prevent, detect, investigate, remediate, and, when applicable, sanction acts of corruption and/or bribery.
